It should go without saying but so we are all clear here are the rules of the forum.


1. Do not use your service user or collegues names. Confidentiality applies here to.

2. Search a topic before starting a new one, the topic may already exist and the question answered. We don't want constant re-posts.

3. Ensure your topic title reflects the content of the post, don't just put help, urgent etc.

4. Mind your language! If its not safe for work, its not safe for the forum, so don't swear or use offensive remarks.

6. Offensive posts or post with foul language will be deleted without warning.

7. Do not use text speak in your posts and please write in English. Your post needs to be understood by everyone on the forum. Take care with your grammar and spelling to avoid confusion.

8. Be aware that writing in capitals implies shouting and overly large text implies screaming so please don't use it. Colours and bold are reserved for moderation so please don't use them.

9. Respect other people views and opinions, Just beacuse you don't agree it doesn't make them wrong. Don't shoot them down just because you think differently.

10. Defamatory, racist, hateful, pornographic, illegal or insulting content must be avoided on this forum and will be deleted without warning.

11. Persistance of the above will result in a ban.

12. Be patient when waiting for a reply. Members have lives so you may not get an immediate response to your post.

13. Respect Moderators and administartors, they are only human and cannot be expect to be here 24/7.

14. All PM's recived containing defamatory, racist, hateful, pornographic, illegal or insulting content should be reported to a moderator or adminisrator, do not post it on the forum and do not reply to it.

15. Bullying of any sort will not be tolerated, if you are found to be bullying you will get a ban.

16. We reserve the right to remove users at will and without warning or negotiation.

17. Don't hijack other peoples posts.

18. If you are posting for your (profit-making) company or organisation WITHOUT pre-approved permission, it will be removed without warning. This site exists without charge to the forum members for their enjoyment, not for you to take advantage of the sites members by barraging them with adverts.
